Standard Profile

8” - 9”

The standard profile box is the most common height for a foundation.

Low Profile

4 ½ ” - 5 ½”

At this height this box spring can make your bed a bit easier to get into.


8” - 9”

This foundation, at a height of 8 to 9 inches, is often used when a bit of maneuvering is necessary for a king and queen size mattress. All king and California king mattresses use a split box spring.

Standard Frame

7 ¼”

A standard frame is a steel frame that must have center support in king and queen sizes.

Low Profile Frame

4 ¼”

This is a steel frame that lowers the height of the mattress so as to not cover a low-sitting headboard.
